Maintenance Notice on 18th September 2020

During the following period, maintenance will be carried out to shuffle the group at Princess Arena and reset the ranking.

Maintenance period

Friday,18th September 2020 at 11:00 - 18:00. (JST)

Details on shuffling groups and resetting rankings at the Princess Arena are below.

Target group for shuffle

・ All groups created by 19th April 2020.

About resetting the ranking

Players from all groups, including the shuffle target groups above, are eligible.
Regarding the ranking after reset, all players will be "1500 1st".

Notes

1. During maintenance, all functions including game play and data linkage will not be available.
2. Daily rewards that can be earned at the Princess Arena on the day of maintenance will be reflected based on the ranking at the start of maintenance.
   In addition, the time reward during maintenance will be distributed based on the ranking after reset.
3. If you challenge the Princess Arena before maintenance and consume the remaining number of challenges on the day, the number of challenges will not be compensated after maintenance.
4. If you have never logged in after 05:00 on 4th September 2020, you will receive "Daily Reward" and "Time Reward" from the end of maintenance until you move to the Princess Arena screen again. You will not be able to receive it.
5. If you challenge a quest, battle arena, or tower of Luna before maintenance and maintenance is started in the middle of the battle, the battle will be invalid regardless of victory or defeat.
   At that time, the number of remaining challenges may decrease, or a certain amount of stamina or mana may be consumed.
   If the above phenomenon occurs, we do not compensate for the number of challenges or stamina.
6. Opponents in the Princess Arena may include NPCs.
7. NPC player Lvs may be set higher than the currently released player Lv limits.
8. "Presents" that have passed the deadline during maintenance will be automatically deleted.
   Please be sure to receive it from the "gift" before maintenance.
9. The start date and time and end date and time of maintenance may change.
